Refund / Exchange Policy

We do not have any complex refund policy in our company in the unlikely circumstances and these terms wont affect your statutory rights. The refund is generally processed back to the same payment method as you paid in time of purchase. However, exceptions can’t be avoided and in this case, we strongly recommend you to go through all the list of products, specially personalized ones, which we are unable to accept any cancellation or refund or evem exchange.

Followings are the list:

  • Personalized products for you: The items such as Sarees or Dulaha Raja Set which are pre ordered to personalize your need of size, color or alteration.
  • Products with the damages, spots or any kind of marks.
  • Products that have been worn or used in any way.
  • Inner wear, Lingerie, Swimsuits, Socks
  • Fragrances, Beauty products
  • Anklets, Bangles, Earrings, Bracelets, Brooches, Pendants, Necklaces and Rings
  • Bundled items

Return Procedure
Items must be returned in their original pre-sale condition – unworn, tags attached and folded carefully in sufficient and appropriate packaging to make sure that the item(s) are not damaged in transit.

Returns must be made within 5 days from the date of receipt including the details of your name, contact, reason for return and order number. Without the mentioned details, it may cause the delays in processing the refunds. Strictly no refund/exchange for the items returned after 5th day in any items. You should, however, contact us for the items you want the exchange to discuss the options available. You are strongly advised to keep the proof of postage while sending items for return or exchange since its not our responsibility if items are lost in transit. So, it might be better idea to use the tracked courier service or sign for delivery service, signed-for delivery method. We also recommend that you take out adequate insurance to cover the cost of the item in the event of any loss in transit or revert logistic process.

If you are returning the items from outside Nepal, UK or European countries, please confirm that you have marked any custom forms as “Returning for Refund” to avoid the disappointment caused by delays or loss or even the costs involved in refund process. Refunds exclude the postage charge and will take up to 30 days.
